Mozkuib makes 14 mm and 16 mm paddles from existing molds or newly developed tooling. Cold-pressed production starts at 5,000 pieces for larger, price-sensitive orders.

The body is molded as one piece, the holes are finished after molding, and there is no bonded internal seam.
Two molded halves are joined after molding, and the holes can be formed in the mold. The sample confirms seam strength and target use.
Each product has its own MOQ and production schedule. When the schedules align, Mozkuib can coordinate artwork, packaging, carton marks and shipment under the same purchase order.
Mozkuib presses paddles, prepares face and core materials, molds pickleballs and checks finished orders before packing. The production team compares weight, thickness, appearance and packaging with the approved sample and order requirements.
